chasing eagles ..........

for  several  weeks  

 I  have   been  chasing

eagles  at  the  conservation  area
surrounding  Lake  Lochloosa 

...

not an easy task  

since   eagles  like to  roost 

 at  the top  of  the tallest  trees  in  the area...

sometimes  the  trees  are  within  my  

 lens  range  ...   sometimes  not.

...
occasionally  I am  surprised  to  find

them  within  range  and  more  or less

eye level ..
