Alachua promotes their annual
4th of July event as

"The Largest Small Town Fireworks Display in America." 

That is probably all true...

Alachua is indeed a very small town  

with a spectacular display

lasting 30 minutes non-stop...

I could have used a few seconds break
while trying to get the correct camera settings..

making adjustments in the dark is not easy.

Maybe next year I can get it right the first time..
