most of my Saturday afternoon
was wasted talking on the phone
with APPLE support..........
not that happy with the new iphone...
several glitches popped up
within minutes of set up
the first was an alert from
Verizon that I was about to exceed
my data usage....
WHAT THE ....
the phone and plan had only been
in my possession for 30 minutes....
Okay... Verizon acknowledged that was
a known problem and they would take
care of it.....
my next mistake was trying to download
a new app ..........
after correctly signing into my account
with Itunes ... IT decided I needed to answer
two security questions....
Questions I had never been asked
to answer.......
Questions that APPLE decided I should
use for my security.....
Questions that I have no idea who answered
( how do they know where I was Jan 1 ,2000
when I don't even remember )
My answers were deemed wrong and I can not
download or purchase anything from Itunes
so the call to APPLE Account Security......
what a bunch of dumb -asses.......
in the end the support person had been locked out
of the system and I have to wait 8 hours
to try again for a re-set on those stupid questions....
All they need to do is send an e mail to the
account address and re direct me to the questions
to answer.........
does that sound complicated........
obviously it does to APPLE........
meanwhile...
we are not amused !!
