Conch Fritters

Lemon Lime Surprise
my first taste of conch fritters ..
they look like hushpuppies
( battered and deep fried cornmeal... yum )
but that is where the similarity ends..
conch ( snail ) is a bit chewy . ..
perhaps an acquired taste...
I like plain old hushpuppies the best .!!
