Thursday ...

Some days .... most days I have a problem sleeping.
Lately that has been a good thing. When I get home after
working night shift, I grab my camera gear and drive the

8 miles to La Chua Trail.
The usual suspects like this snowy egret ignore me
while trying to catch a bit of breakfast.
This morning a special treat to see the wild horses
of La Chua on the opposite bank.
... and then just a few yards away , this crazy gator trying to

swallow a bright orange buoy.

Always something to entertain and amuse on the Trail.
