A sad day ..

Thor and Zeus, Percheron Draft Horses.

These two belong to my neighbor and I have

enjoyed feeding them carrots and taking photos
of the duo for almost two years.

Thor had to be euthanized today. He had been down
and unable to stand for two days. The prognosis was

not good and the only humane thing to do was end his pain.

The two were inseparable. .. until today.
