Getting together the essentials for a new
adventure in the search for more gators.
Taking the advice of my good friend Jackie
and adding mosquito and tick repellent ,
poncho and small towel to my camera bag.
Tomorrow is THE DAY .. exploring La Chua Trail
for the first time. The trail starts at the northern
rim of the prairie and ends in the center at the
Alachua sink. I've been told that there are literally
hundreds of gators along the way.. danger -danger.
One of my co-workers Rachael has volunteered
to be the
on any of the gators we might find along the way.
